More organisations are discovering that the social interactions and relationships we have are part of an "invisible glue" that makes it possible to get things done.  This glue, the space between our connections, allows us access to resources like information, business opportunities, collaboration, sales leads, employment, goodwill and emotional support. This glue is Social Capital.

Integr8 is a leadership group that fosters, cultivates and embraces social capital for members to grow both personally and professionally.
Integr8 seeks to teach skills and build social capital in order to promote common good in business and community.

To some degree you already possess and use Social Capital but you may be unaware of its origins or application or how it can be improved.

Integr8 teaches you to connect through networks but foremost, we help you understand Social Capital: How you build and use it. We teach this to individuals, and to organisations and businesses.

For Members, individuals and organisations we offer;
